This was a good location so close to everywhere-Seomyeon underground shopping, Bujeon market, restaurants, cafes, hair salon, beauty salons, subway, etc, the night life of Busan and the Central Market, and which was next to the train station. The staff was very competent and hospitable with local information.

The hotel is a truly exceptional one, it offers satisfactory breakfasts and magnificent location opposite the market. The venue staff is attentive and efficient...

Tastefully decorated and extremely pleasant rooms were available. The hotel's location was easy, very close to exit 1 bujeon station, Seomyeon down town and subway and train.

Nice building and rooms on floors 10 through 16. Central heating, a personal safe, and multi-channel TV — very useful. Amazing setting, just next door to a convenient store as well as Busan station.

On a positive note, the hotel's location was convenient. It was situated right next to a subway station, making it easy to explore the city and visit different dining and shopping options. Additionally, the rooms were clean and had all the basic amenities I needed. The beds were comfortable and the air conditioning worked well. Despite the hotel's shortcomings, these two aspects made my stay somewhat bearable.

the breakfast options were limited and not very appealing, especially for a Western breakfast. The lack of fresh fruit was a letdown, considering the abundance of wonderful produce nearby.

A bit dirty area.

During my Christmas stay, I absolutely loved the fantastic location of the hotel. It was conveniently located close to various shops and restaurants, making it easy to explore the city and find delicious meals. Another great aspect was the amazing breakfast spread offered at the hotel. The variety of options and the quality of the food definitely made my mornings special. the staff were incredibly kind and helpful, ensuring that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable.

There were a few areas that could be improved upon. The Wi-Fi connection was sometimes unstable, causing occasional disruptions in internet access.

Located centrally amongst shops, restaurants and the market place. good those on holidays.

We arrived at about 10am in the morning from a connecting flight from Incheon so we were very tired and would like to have a shower before going off to the office. Eventhough they have rooms available , they would not allow us to check in but insists that we check in after 2pm. Moreover they do not have a club facility for shower and freshen up. They are very inflexible.

The staff here are friendly and attentive, making sure that every detail is taken care of. The rooms offer a nice view of Busan Center from the upper floors and have excellent storage space. They are also well-maintained and offer all the basic amenities you need. Plus, breakfast is included in the rate and offers high-quality Korean food.
